This is wittig reaction [You asked for only major product]

1) the first step is nucelophilic substitution in alkyl halide with triphenylphosphine

2) the second step is abstraction of hydrogen by the base (sodium ethoxide) to give phosphorous Ylide.

3) The ylide attacks on the carbonyl carbon as nucelophile and finally rearrange to give alkene.
