  • Accuracy: whereby the supervisors need to maintain accuracy and be correct while resolving conflicts and taking decisions for parties.
  • Correctability: the employers must make sure that the decisions taken are correct, supported by facts and figures, and do not involve in unfair and wrong practice.
  • Representativeness: it is the duty of the supervisor to make sure that while resolving disputes and following the process, the representatives from both parties are available.
  • Ethicality: it is important to make sure that the procedures so followed is done ethically and contains moral values and standards.
