Sales representatives are generally having good communication skills and in an organisation they are connected to different departments using regular meetings, calls etc. They might not be based out of any office but the electronic media connection will be there across organization as well as with the client. They form greate team with collaborative effort and believes in objective oriented approach in work. They work base on the required target and provide update on regular basis which helps managers to bridge the gap. In addition they are highly productive because of synergy and their conversion of potential sales to actual sales by selling products and cusotmer connect.
