Explanation:

Anaplasia (means "to form backwards"): The term refers to the change in the morphological structures of the cells as altered nuclear morphology, dedifferentiation, altered nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio, high proliferation index etc. Anaplasia is a condition of cells with poor cellular differentiation, loss of morphological characteristic of mature cells. Anaplasia may arise from stem cells, so it can be of carcinoma, sarcoma, leukaemia or other cell types. Further, anaplasia is the group of undifferentiated cells, so there is no tissue-specific marker express on these cells. These cells are discriminated with neighbouring cells on the basis of their altered morphology, nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio etc.
