Option 5 is the right answer.

From compound 1 to 4, forms 5 and 6 membered rings when they undergo intramolecular aldol condensation and the products are quite stable. Compound 5 will form 4 membered ring which is highly strained and is unstable. Hence compound 5 donot give intramolecular aldol condensation reaction on treatment with NaOH.
