The induced emf = -ΔB/Δt*A

ΔB/Δ = 0.5 T/s

A = πr^2

emf = 0.5 x π x 0.11^2 = 0.019 V

i = V/R

i = (0.019) / 0.19Ω

i = 0.1 A .......the direction is clockwise
