First of all situations in all three figure are same.

Diameter of loop.d=14 cm=0.14 m

Area of loop.A=\pi(d/2)2=\pid2/4

Resistance of loop,R=0.26 ohm

And rate of change of magnetic field ,dB/dt=0.50 T/s

Part A.

Magnitude of Induced current is

I=(A/R)(dB/dt)=(\pid2/4R)(dB/dt)=(\pi\times0.142\times0.50)/(4\times0.26)=3.0\times10-2 A

Part B.

According to lens law induced electric current flows in a direction such that the current opposes the change that induced it.

So

Direction of current in CW direction.
