in Exocytosis materials are transported out of the cells via secretory vesicles.Endocytosis is cellular eating,cell’s plasma membrane surrounds a macromolecule or even an entire cell from the extracellular environment and buds off to form a food vacuole or phagosome.

Osmosis is  spontaneous net movement of solvent molecules through a semi-permeable membrane into a region of higher solute concentration, in the direction that tends to equalize the solute concentrations on the two sides.

Enzymes are biological catalysts who speed up the reaction.It works by bringing down the activation energy for the reaction.

Activation energy : The minimum quantity of energy which the reacting species must possess in order to undergo a specified reaction.
