Cpk = MIN(UPPER LIMIT - MEAN / 3 * STANDARD DEVIATION, MEAN - LOWER LIMIT / 3 * STANDARD DEVIATION)

UPPER SPECIFICATION = 55
LOWER SPECIFICATION = 45
MEAN = 49
STANDARD DEVIATION = 1


Cpk = MIN(55 - 49 / 3 * 1, 49 - 45 / 3 * 1)
Cpk = MIN(2, 1.3333)
Cpk = 1.33

The process is capable since the Cpk >= 1.33
