“We must differentiate our mindset first and our lessons second.” (Dweck, 2012). What does this saying mean to you? In your own words, what is the difference between differentiation and tracking?
We always see the world through the filter of our mindsets and this sometimes does not allow us to see out of the box no matter what we do and how we do it. This gets very essential that we keep in mind the real things that matter. The pre assumed notions about things in life make us incapable to see beyond the wall and work around the good things in life. So we need to be open t accept changes and the new thoughts and ideas. This will enable us to welcome and understand new lessons with a free mind and then decide wisely. Differentiation means to verify for the changes in mindsets. thoughts, opinions and views. To track means to list down the progress of things in life and see how things are going and shaping in the best possible manner.

If our first vector a is in the positive x-direction and our second vector b is in the Positive y-direction. what is the direction of c? If we now consider b times a instead of a times b, what is the direction of c (This makes b the first vector now and a the second vector). Does this match your results from the previous page? Magnetism: The real equation for magnetic force is F_B = qv times B, this means...

This week we will learn that our health information isn’t “technically” ours. What does this concept actually mean and do you believe this a fair standard, that we as patients, have no right to the content of our health record?
Every day, we make many decisions based on our needs, our assets, and our desires and what is available to meet these. A Recommendation Report is simply a formalized written statement of this that businesses use to make decisions. They often use it to make decisions to purchase equipment or to make decisions to move or change something, perhaps even whether or not they need to hire workers. First, a business must decide what is the issue. In the case...
1) What is the difference between a "first-order" and "second-order" desire? Give an example of each. 2) Frankfurt says that one "essential difference between persons and other creatures is to be found in the structure of a person's will" (12). What does that mean? 3) The notion of the will "is the notion of an effective desire," (14). What is an "effective desire"? 4) Frankfurt contrasts persons with "wantons" (e.g. animals, children). He says that "the essential characteristic of a...
1. What does it mean to be an ethical person? In what ways can we evaluate our own moral actions and the actions of others? In your response discuss moral theory (e.g. principles of medical ethics, meta ethical systems like deontology, utilitarianism, or virtue ethics).
Recrystallization of Acetanilide was conducted using water as our solvent. First we had to choose a solvent based (water was chosen as our solvent due to it not dissolving acetanilide at room temp but dissolved it when heated) Then we performed recrystallizaation, vacuum filtration and then melting point measurements. For the post lab discussion for recrystallization of acetanilide report we have to address several different arguments. The ones below I'm not sure what to focus on to completely defend what...
. 1, We have spent a lot of time in the first half of the course distinguishing between sex and gender. Please explain this critical difference in detail. In formulating your response be sure to start off by clearly defining each term (2 points) and then explain the role that gender plays in influencing our social interactions (1 point), and our self-presentation (1 point). Finally, explain what we mean by "doing gender" (1point). Provide examples to support your points.

Aristotle makes the claim to achieve happiness in our soul we must find contentment in our daily living. We should aim for the “mean” in our lives. We can achieve this state by not doing things in excess or by putting very little effort into something. To achieve the most happiness, we should aim for the middle. Moral virtue is achieved as the result of being in a “mean” state. Don’t halfway do things in life. On the flip side,...
