Answer #1

Apprenticeship programs to be implemented in companies like Walmart. Training programs that combine work experience on the job with technical or class studies. These programs are intended to build useful employment skills for employees. The programs also address the need for highly skilled employees and help young people move from school to the workplace.

high content versus low content culture When presenting the highly valued culture, I would rely on nonverbal signs like voice, facial expressions, and body language. The idea would concentrate on traditions, encourage lasting relationships, and illustrate how the program can harmonize the group. My approach would be direct to low content and explain how the program not only benefits the company but gives value to the person.

low power distance versus high power distance culture When it comes to low power distance culture, I want to concentrate on how the program can provide all qualified individuals with equal opportunities. I would enable one of my masculine counterparts in a powerful culture to promote the program as a way for their workforce traditions and customs to be respected.
