  1. Even though there is a lot of food that could be categorized under my favorite food, the list is always topped by cottage cheese sandwich. This one dish is a major member of the English breakfast menu and is the favorite of many vegetarians. Easy to make, delicious and also being nutritious is the main advantage that any sandwich can offer. Using cottage cheese as the filling in between the bread slices and the melted cheese in between them would also make people drool for a bite.

Some of the reasons for which sandwich can be considered as the most recommended food is that it is very convenient to get or buy. One can buy a sandwich of their choice from almost anywhere or they can make it with minimal ingredients at their home. When people fall short of vegetables and other necessary ingredients for a full course meal, it would be easy to make a sandwich and quench the hunger. Also the versatility of sandwich could be considered really important. Sandwiches can hold any filling according to the wish of the person who wants to eat this. Be it a simple tomato cheese sandwich to a highly calorified meat sandwich fully loaded with cheese and vegetables etc. It is a mess free food which we could eat from anywhere without causing much mess. Unlike burger, we will not spill the whole filling here and there while eating it. We could also experiment with different fillings, different sauces and different types of garnishing etc for sandwiches.

Sandwiches are also very social in nature. Even in a pot luck dinner, no one would frown at you when you bring sandwiches even though they aren’t basically considered as a main course food. This is a food which I recommend to everyone and personally love to prepare for any small parties or as a snack for munching in the evening with some super hot coffee.

  1. Depending on the service offered from a shop or a restaurant or any firm, loyal customers are created. The loyalty of the customers is directly proportional to the quality of service. In spite of aiming for providing customer satisfaction, aim towards making the customers delighted with the products that company and the service provided by them. The span of service is not just confined to the after sales service that any firm provides for their product, but the in store behavior of the employees, sales personal, how warm a customer feels when he or she is in the shop for purchase etc. There are various ways in which shops can deliver exceptional shopping experience to their customers. This in turn could attract these customers again and could also gain some referrals to the shop. Some of those ways are:
  • In order to give a good customer service and an incomparable shopping experience, make sure that the staffs in the shop are well aware of the products and their positioning. No customer would want to shop from a place where the staffs have no clue as to what are the products and where are they placed.
  • Always be friendly with the customer. Start with a smile and should give a warm greeting to the customer who are approaching the shop. Even though the communication is being done via telephone, the tone should be maintained a cordial and friendly one.
  • Gratitude should be shown to every customer. After their shopping they should be sent off with a thank you message. It is considered as one of the easiest way of starting a good customer service and with this the customer will always tend to have a positive perception regarding the behavior of the employees of the shop.
  • Proper training should be given to staffs on handling the customers and showing respect towards them. Even when an angry customer is to be taken care of, the staffs should make sure that emotion doesn’t overtake the desire to make the customers happy and have a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Staffs should always be patient and ready to listen to the grievances of the customers and take adequate time to resolve their issues.
