This message may be developed by the company or they may seek the services of advertising agencies. Upon development of the message, they book for airtime in the media they choose to air the products. This is after paying for advertising fees to the media.
Personal selling involves the use of sales representatives or trade shows and incentive programs to market the products of a company.
