Answer:

We all are living in a neo-liberalism world where, LPG policy is effectively working or adopting by nations globally. Culture diversity has became the identity of the corporate world where we respect the value, belief, social culture of each others and work together for a common objective. It is vital for exchanging and sharing of value, culture, experience or knowledge that is very useful to increase the productivity and efficiency of individuals, organization and team also.

In the every organization number of people work together and every person has own value and belief and also they come from different culture. Every person has some basic natural and legal fundamental rights like, freedom of living, freedom of speech, right to equality, right against exploitation etc and other's rights are our responsibility. We should respect the rights of each others and bear own responsibility honestly.

Here, in this case Elisa has a coworker, Sally, who likes to talk about politics. Elisa does not care that much about politics all that much but finds her co-workers political views to be little extreme. Elisa likes her coworker and wants to get along with her. Here, Elisa should talk about their feelings, value and belief system with Sally openly without any hesitation otherwise communication gap can be arises and its becomes the reason of fraction in the professional relationship. Both are the coworker of each other so, there should not be any communication gap between them. Other side, Sally should respect the feelings, value and belief system of Elisa. Both of them should follow the professional behaviors at office premises or during working hours. Ignorance or just pretending to agree with Sally is a temporary solution and harmful for a good long-term relationship. In long term it can widen a communication gap between them and harm to the professional relationship.
