Given that, the test is Upper tailed one sided i.e Right tailed test.

Degrees of freedom = d.f = 74

\alpha = 0.01

For the right tailed test , the critical value is t_{\alpha,d.f.}

t_{\alpha,d.f.} =  t74.0.01 = 2.3778
