Acid addition gives H+ ions into solution which reacts with OH- given by Ca(OH)2. spontaneous neutralization reaction takes place i.e.,

H+ + OH- -----> H2O.

According to lechatliers principle decrease in OH- ion concentration occurs in product side which make the reaction goes farward hence more Ca(OH)2 solubility goes way up.
