Study case 1: National Best Health Food Store National Best Health Food Store (NHFS) is a chain of health food stores serving in three major well- known (NSW, Queensland and Victoria). Open in 1965 with selling on ly herbal items like coffees, teas and house hold products, since the expansion of business in 1990, it has increase the range of product line including personal care, pert care and grocery items. Currently it has fifteen stores in three states. Due these large numbers of store items and its customer, this food store is having difficulties managing customer order and delivery which also involves large number of paper work. The customers of NHFS are also demanding the automatic delivery of ordering items to their home as per their demand. Mr. David owner of the NHFS wants to implements automatic delivery system to remove these difficulties of large paper work and by going with the advice of its customers for using automatic delivery system Customer will place online order in the system (using online account) and will get an order confirmation from NHFS. Of course, customers need first to be registered in NHFS. There will be an admin staff who will look after the online system, his main tasks are management of website, checking ongo ing purchase activates and provide maintenance and support to the all other entities If customer pays with credit card, NHFS has to contact a Credit Card Company (CCC) which will receive customer's credit card's data during checkout process and after that it will verify customer's data (by comparing data with original bank's database). If data verification passes then ccC responds with an approval message otherwise rejection. In this whole process customer data will be kept secured using advanced encryption security technology. Dealer is a wholesale seller, who will be providing product information to company and if company is interested in buying goods then dealer will be given purchase order Employees of the company have to daily enter their work hours details into NHFS system. System will then generate a report (which can be printed by each employee) about attendance/leave as well as salary statement. Shipping Agent is an authorized person who will get shipping requests from the system. The shipping agent will then update the shipping status in the system once the delivery is completed. Aim of the project We aim to design the 'automatic delivery system' for NHFS. Your task is to: 1. Draw the use case diagram 2. Draw the context diagram 3. Draw level 0 data flow diagram 4. Draw CDM diagram 5. Prepare prototype of website design: draw main interface sketches (hand drawing is enough)
