So Disney Hong Kong should place a very competitive price so it can attract customer .It should keep the price low so that it can kick out its competitor out of business and by this Disney Hong kong will earn abnormal profit in long run .

Disney hong kong should improve its slide and should work on improving its ambiance so it can attract more visitors than ocean park

Disney Hong Kong should promote its park .It should give various eye catching deals and discounts to attract its customer .It should work on new innovative advertisement which can attract visitors

Disney hong kong should make sure that proper transport facility is available to reach at the location of Disney Hong Kong otherwise less visitor will visit it.
