Both acetic acid and ethyl alcohol has same hydrogen bonding but acetic acid has a higher boiling point because of its much higher molecular weight than ethyl alcohol. This higher molecular weight is because acetic acid form dimers which are held together by two hydrogen bonds making their molecular weight almost double
