if you want to find sum,count you can do directly from table

1)select Data tab and in Analysis group select Data Analysis
2)Select Descriptive Statistics then click OK
3)Select the Input Range for which you want to generate statistics data
4)Select cell as the Output Range
5)checked Summary statistics
