If we move along the curve from higher pressure to lower pressure, we see that temperature decreases

That is, as pressure is decreased, temperature increases.

This temperature is the melting point

Therefore, as the pressure is decreased, melting point increases.

By analogy, as the pressure is increases, melting point decreases.

so, the answers are option (C) and (D)
