Answer #1

Angiosperm has unique feature i. e. presence of enclosed ovule in the ovary. That's why after Fertilsation, ovary develops into fruit and ovule develops into seed. They also produce flower.  The presence of flower and fruit helps in seed dispersal in angiosperm. That's why Gardner chooses angiosperm.

Why other option wrong:

Angiosperm and gymnosperm both have alteration of generations. They both have vascular system.

Some Angiosperm also requires wind for pollination. And gymnosperm' pollen also pollinates stigma by means of wind.

Right option is:

angiosperm can produce flower and fruit aid in seed dispersal.
