There might reach a condition where the marketing concept reaches a point with diminishing returns. Considering the market competition and several companies offer products at cheaper prices and at in comparison to many companies their profit margins are less. Although big companies have their own customer looking for only the premium segment products. However, small companies are looking to increase their market share by offering value for money products. Hence, it can be said that their might arise a situation where returns or profit generated is very less in comparison to the selling price.
