Hi sir,

This mail is regarding the employee form our team who has been charged of the wrong things and undoing the things to a level that has impacted his life and brought injustice to him and his family. Over these years he established himself as a very able resource who was always available for us to work. His hardwork, empathy, sympathy, compassion, kindness, forgiveness and compassion are some traits to learn from and progress in life. I really cannot see any such issue with his behavior over the past few years of his association with us. I wish to really ask this how can we say that he stole the money when no one saw him on the camera picking it up form the bag. I feel he is being framed by someone who does not approve of him and this is getting really risky and dangerous for us to accept and move ahead in life. We cannot disregard his past achievements with us to only regret later that we charged the wrong guy of a crime he did not do. I would surely re-engage the jury in this matter and ensure that somethings is done about it before it gets really late and we are unable to understand how to go about it.

Best Regards,

Shruti
