Dear Ms. Ferguson,
I am writing this letter to introduce you to the Nanaimo sports
center. It is an organization that connects youngsters with a local
business. The youngsters get a chance to form business and learn
about running a business in the process.
In order to continue our operations, we require donations. We have around 430 youngsters who don't get to participate in Nanaimo sports activities unless we have the funding for it. We believe business leaders of any age should come forward to support this cause. Even though any contribution big or small is welcome we have decided $28 as a fair contribution from business leaders .
Hoping to get your substantial donation as soon as possible.
Sincerely
Willam Barnett, president
Question2
Dear Leadership Team,
The public relations department is planning to conduct a video
contest across the organization. The content will be a video
testimonial about accomplishments, advice, a suggestion from your
department. Under this contest, employees can select a method of
recording for sending their videos.
As a part of the contest, an email will send to all employees asking from them to participate. Apart from email send, the events will be announced by a poster in all public areas including the cafeteria, washroom, car parking, etc. All employees will be able to send in their nominations along with the video. There will be an initial screening and 10 videos will be selected. The selected video will be reviewed by the judge's panel and three of them will be selected to be put on the company website and will be part of any other marketing and promotion video. The total cost estimated for the entire event is $2500. The result would be announced by 20 Sep 2020.The public relations department will coordinate the entire activities and will ensure smooth running.
Requesting your approval for conducting this event.
Regards
