There are mainly four kinds of Project management risk category: External, Internal, Technical and Legal. External and Internal Risk categories are further sub-categorized each as Unpredictable and Predictable risks or Controllable/Uncontrollable risks. Both, option c and option d, i.e. cost and schedule, are part of internal non-technical risks that could be controlled, in general. Therefore, option c and d, fall under sub-category of option b (internal risks). Hence, may not be termed as a major category of project risk management but falls under the sub-category of internal risks.
