pUC 19 has LacZa gene and produces blue colonies on exposure to X-gal. The blue colonies are formed because of the presence of LacZ gene. But it doesn't have resiso to both ampicillin and tetracycline.

pBR322 has resistance to both ampicillin and tetracycline. But it doesn't contain LacZa gene and doesn't produce blue colonies as it doesn't have LacZ gene.
