Permissive or non restrictive temperature-
Is the temperature at which a temperature sensitive mutant allele is expressed to be the same as the wild-type allele.

Dynamin is a GTP-ase protein responsible for the transport of synaptic vesicle(Endocytosis)- synaptic vesicle transport. The particular family of dynamin have other functions like
