from the given plan,

the stationing of PC is at 3+21.19 = 321.19 ft

the stationing of PT is at 7+13.16 = 713.16 ft

the radius of the curve, R = 275.00 ft

intersection angle, delta

length of curve, L = 713.16-321.19 = 391.97 ft

L = R*(delta)

delta = 397.97/275 = 1.4253 radians = 81o39'58.6"

external distance, distance other than in curve = (321.19-200)+(800-713.16) =208.03
