Answer #1

Concrete pump break down is a very commom problem in field beacuse concrete is more viscous and some times large aggregates are struct inside the pump and Most commonly repair is occured is pistion in the pump ,so It takes arount 2 to 3 hours to repair the pump by assisting the labors. If the repair takes more time we need to replace the pump. But we have 4 trucks of Ready mix concrete is waiting to dischage so that we have to increase  the setting time of concrete by using retarders. I said to the driver to add retaders in to the truck to the concrete (Driver always carry retarders and used in case of high traffic). So that setting time of concrete is solved and we have some time to repair pistion of the pump and we call technician to repair and if it is work we can continue our work.In case if it not working we can replace by the new pump.
