the buoyant force is supporting the weight of the cube since cube is floating

hence Fb = buoyant force = weight of cube = mg = (\rhoice Vice)g = (917) (6 x 10-6) (9.8) = 0.054 N

c)

Water will remain same .

The ice cube displaced same amount of water as its weight. so when the ice melts , it simply displaces the same volume. hence the water level remains same
