C2H2(g) + H2(g)--------------> C2H6(g)

1 mole of C2H2 react with excess of H2 to gives 1 mole of C2H6

26g of C2H2 react with excess of H2 to gives 30g of C2H6

29.5g of C2H2 react with excess of H2 to gives = 30*29.5/26   = 34g of C2H6

Theoretical yield   = 34g

actual yield             = 21.8g

percent yield    = actual yield*100/theoretical yield

                       = 21.8*100/34   = 64% >>>>answer
