Q1) The most acidic alpha proton is in compound II.

As this molecule has active methylene between two ket groups.

I and V are having only one carbonyl and III has one carbonyl and one ester gorup.

Though III has an activ emethylene , it is less acidic than II , as the ester group is less electron withdrawing than keto group.

IV is only an ester thus less acidic.

The order of acidic nature of alpha protons is

II > III > V > IV >I

Q2)The correct order of acidicty of alpha proton is

III > I > II > IV option D

In III the alpha H has 3 electron withdrwing groups on the Carbon.

I is an activ emethylene.

II is a ketone

IV does not have any electron withdrawing group, so not all acidic.
