IF : 200ps

ID : 100ps

EX : 150 ps

MEM : 250ps

WB : 100ps

In single cycle implementation instruction will execute in sequential manner.i.e IF,ID,EX,MEM AND WB.

ANS:So cycle time will be:200+100+150+250+100=800ps
