if a business does not pay the garnished monies to the courts, or fails to act on an order, is the employee still held responsible for the entire amount owing to the courts

If the company or management fails to pay the garnished monies then the entire responsibility for the entire amount will be taken by the employee until the debt is no longer on ongoing matter.There may exist certain defenses for the employer in these issues,but it is imperative that the owner of company contact a lawyer before attempting to interface with the garnishment in any way.
