If we count the carbons from right side then we will get 1 for 7th, 2 for 6th and 3 for 5th carbons. So we will get identical structures of 1,2,3 when we put the Cl on 7th , 6th and 5th carbons.

Hence we get total five possible structures for monochloroderivative of 2,6-dimethylheptane.
