Answer #1

System engineering process is the process of problem solving and manage complex systems in a supply chain and to manage how the engineering systems function . It is a process for modifying engineering systems as per the requirement and not based on customers. The complete structure is reorganised and modified as per the requirement. Many organizations fail due to various problems arising and their inability to solve those problems due to weak or insufficient systems. This need for modified and updated systems gave rise to need for system engineering process and this is very important for the efficient functioning of a system . When the system is efficient , the complexity of the problem reduces and hence the problem can be solved. Nature of customers cannot be controlled by modifying or changing the process but must have efficient staff to handle them . Hence problem complexity is the factor that defines the need for a system engineering process.
