Answer #1

Any company which has reached the maturity phase with no profits but still successful, need to sustain with no revenues growing and sales volume becomes flat. It is the good thing the product has been existing in the marketplace and has received permanence. Product is already available to the customer. In order to manage the fading interest of the customer, it becomes important to continue with the surveying campaigns or with some other promotional activities to re-engage the customers. So as the maturity has already reached by Twitter then it is better to focus on the leadership for customer retention by continuously looking into net promoter score, customer satisfaction scores, etc. As the product has already reached the maturity phase then it is highly recommended to return the product to the initial phase or growth phase and this applies to Twitter also. Product with new feature and services can be introduced with more differentiating features, discovering new markets if possible, and better not to ignore the product quality.
