In my results I have a significant sample effect between timepoints 2 and 3 that are both different from one- but the significantly different from each other. In my sample- saliva was taken across three timepoints and beta endorphin levels were taken.
What are some possible questions I could ask /addfor my discussion?
I need help with further analysis.
