Answer #1

The babies and children are said to be protected and have more ideas as they are in the learning phase of the human development. Hence they are said to the R&D division of the human species by Alison Gopnik in her TED talk while defining what babies think. The grown up humans are said to the production and manufacturing division by using those ideas and learning to use.
