Phosphodiesterase inhibitor lead to higher level of cyclic AMP

Normally phosphodiesterase degrade the cyclicAMP into 5AMP. Phosphodiesterase inhibitor prevent the dgradation of cyclic AMP lead to increased concentration of cyclicAMP.Thus leads to increases the calcium availibility and contractility.
