A.three factors that might drive corporate manager to voluntarily restore social and environmental performance information as follows-

I. Ethical code of conduct which is followed in the management of the company will be helping the managers to disclose all the environmental information.

II. Honest and integral management will always be disclosing all such social and environmental information in order to protect the interest of the stakeholders.

III. Personal interest in the share holding capacity also motivates managers to disclose this information because this will be helping the company in order to gain through their appreciation by honest public disclosure

B. three factor that manager would consider when developing and implementing sustainability practices in the system are as follows-

I. Achievement of long-term vision and mission of the company.

II .Maximization of the organisational values is another factor.

III. Protection of interest of the stakeholders and gaining reputation in the long run would also be important in order to develop sustainable system.
