Answer #1

Answer: B (Means that a minor must abide by a contract for a necessary item)

Rationale: Minors have the rights to repudiate or disaffirm all types of contracts from the very beginning in which they enter whether or not they have been executed or not. But the only limitation is that when a minor enters a contract for a necessary item such as contract to purchase food, clothing, shelter, medical attention necessary to maintain well being of the minor, they are liable for the reasonable value of goods and services and must abide by the contract.
