So, with the help of training learning can be transferred to the employees in an organization. For example, if an organization adopts new and advanced technology. Most of the employees of the organization are not aware of the function of the technology and do not know how to operate it. With the help of effective training, they can easily operate the technology.

Mentorship and coaching also play a very important role in transferring learning in an organization. Mentorship and coaching are basically used to motivate employees to learn new things.
