Every organization strives for growth and development in order to sustain and survive against the competitors in the market. The organization can achieve this goal with the help of continuous learning. The management of the organization should always focus on learning and use different methods of transferring learning to the employees. There are several methods of transferring learning in an organization.

Training is one of the significant methods of transferring learning in an organization. Training is provided to the employees to acquire new and required skills and competencies. So, with the help of training learning can be transferred to the employees in an organization. For example, if an organization adopts new and advanced technology. Most of the employees of the organization are not aware of the function of the technology and do not know how to operate it. With the help of effective training, they can easily operate the technology.

Mentorship and coaching also play a very important role in transferring learning in an organization. Mentorship and coaching are basically used to motivate employees to learn new things. With the help of mentorship and coaching transfer of learning can be done effectively because the mentor or coach can make the employees learn how to work in a team and achieve the goals and objectives of the team. For example, there is a conflict or differences of opinion in a team. The coach or mentor can teach the team members how to resolve the conflict and avoid it in the future to occur.

Peer support is also an effective method of transfer learning. It helps in understanding the concept and learns skills and competencies to work effectively with peers. For example, a team is working on a project and every team member has a task assigned. If any of them gets stuck at any point the peers may teach him or her to get rid of the problem.

Learning culture is also very effective in transferring learning in an organization. If an organization follows the learning culture, every employee of the organization is always ready to learn new things for the betterment of the organization.
