  1. If the third party provider will be able to protect the data without any leak
  2. Trustability of the third party provider
  3. Patent claim and copyright issues must be taken to account
  4. The third party must not sell the data to any other practitioner and thus lead to data breach
  5. Efficiency of the third party provider
  6. Technologies and man power of the third party provider
  7. Skill set of the employees of the cloud provider
