The point estimate for BAC = (0.1+0.09+0.09+0.1+0.1+0.07+0.05+0.08+0.04+0.07)/10 = 0.08

2) Standard deviation for Beers = 2.06

The 90% confidence interval is:

= x +- t*(s/sqrt(n))

= 4.7 +- 1.83*(2.06/sqrt(10))

= 3.51, 5.89

3) The population mean can be any number since it is not mentioned if the population is normally distributed.

If the population is normally distributed, then the population mean can be 5.
