We know that, velocity, v = k[A] , where k is the rate constant.
Therefore, k = v / [A]2
k= (40 µM⋅min-1) / (20mM)2
k= (0.040 mM⋅min-1) / 400 mM
i.e, rate constant, k = 1 x 10-4 min-1
