Bone marrow transplant (BMT) carriedout either between genetically identical graft or between disparate graft. when BMT is carried out between disparate graft, a risk of sever immune reactions are associated that could lead to graft rejection. Irridation is given to recepient mice to weakened it's immune response to avoid the immune reaction and graft rejection.
