In the graph, the X-axis is showing the concentration of the drug while the Y-axis is showing the fraction of enzyme bound to the drug that is an inhibitor of the HIV enzyme. Drug 1 is giving highest binding to the enzyme at the 2 and 3 nM concentrations. While other drugs have the maximum capacity to binding with enzymes is nearly 80%. Therefore, drug 1 is the most effective drug.
