April May June Total
February Sales (15% of 360,000 in the month of April) 54,000 0 0 54,000
March Sales (60% in April and 15% in May) 234,000 58,500 0 292,500
April Sales (25% in April, 60% in May and 15% in June) 107,500 258,000 64,500 430,000
May Sales (25% in May, 60% in June and 15% in July) 0 157,500 378,000 535,500
June Sales (25% in June, 60% in July and 15% in August) 0 0 50,000 50,000
Total cash collections 395,500 474,000 492,500 1,362,000

2) The accounts receivable at June 30 will include 15% of the sale in the month of June and 75% (60%+15%) of the sale in the month of July.

Accounts Receivable at June 30 = (15%*630,000)+(75%*$200,000)

= $94,500+$150,000 = $244,500
